Dear BIG Members and Constituents:

The 32nd  Annual Blacks In Government (BIG) National Training Conference (NTC)is the culmination of over three decades of excellence provided by the members of our illustrious organization. Over the past 32 years your overwhelming commitment, exemplary volunteer support and collective input in assisting BIG to effectively address critical workplace issues that affect federal, state, and local government employees have made this conference possible. As sanctioned by both the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and the Department of Defense (DoD), BIG continues to be respected at the highest levels of government.

The 32nd  BIG NTC will be held in Kansas City, Missouri, August 16-20, 2010. The conference theme is, "The New BIG: Taking Chances, Making Changes and Preparing Leaders."  You can now register online for the conference via our newly installed BIG ONLINE SYSTEM (BOS).  The BOS also provides on-line service for membership application and purchase of conference exhibit booths. In closing, the collective leadership of BIG encourages YOU to join us in Kansas City, MO, August 16-20, 2010,  for the "BIG EXPERIENCE!"
